EECG is involved in various energy sector projects, focusing on four main areas.
In Energy Policy and Climate Change, they prepare energy strategies and climate action plans, including those using the LEAP program, and develop GHG inventories. They also conduct energy surveys and prepare municipal energy and climate action plans.
For RES (Renewable Energy Sources) Policy and Project Development and Implementations, EECG works on PV plants, hydro plants, wind plants, and biomass power and heating plants.
In Energy Efficiency Policy and EE (Energy Efficiency) Project Development and Implementations, their work includes creating national and municipal EE action plans, conducting energy audits for buildings and industrial enterprises, and preparing technical tender specifications for EE projects, including LED street lighting.
Finally, as an Energy Consultant, EECG provides services like due diligence and monitoring reports for project financing across various energy projects in Albania and Kosovo.
