EECG Ltd is a highly experienced consultancy that has played a pivotal role in the technical and legal establishment of the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund (KEEF). Backed by international institutions like the EU and EIB, KEEF operates as a permanent financial mechanism with the legal authority to implement energy efficiency and renewable energy projects across the public, residential, and SME sectors. EECG has provided the necessary data and strategic planning to support this expansion, including detailed investment projections for 2021–2030 and calculations of energy-saving potential to help Kosovo meet its 2030 environmental targets.
